How much does ActionFlow cost?
$149 a month with no setup fee is a genuinely good entry price for this industry. The number that decides your actual bill is whether you need inventory - because inventory lives two tiers up, behind a $3,000 implementation fee.
Three tiers. Spring is $149/month ($99 for the first three months), first user included, $49 per extra user, no implementation fee. Process is $299/month plus $3,000 implementation. Performance is $499/month plus $4,500 implementation. Inventory starts at Process. Published prices are U.S. only.
ActionFlow is one of the few all-in-one shop systems in the stone trade that publishes its prices at all, and the only serious one that starts under $200 a month with no setup fee. That makes it the default recommendation for small shops - and it means most of the confusion about it is not about the headline price but about what that price does and does not include.

Inventory is not in the $149 tier. Slab and sink inventory, nonserialized inventory and the Slabsmith integration all begin at Process.
So if you are comparing ActionFlow against a system that includes inventory and you have budgeted $149 a month, the honest comparison is $299 a month plus $3,000 up front. This is the single easiest mistake to make when pricing ActionFlow, and it is a difference of thousands in year one.
What a real shop actually pays
Headline prices are per first user. Here is a three-person shop - an owner, an estimator and someone in the field - priced properly across the first twelve months:
Spring is $149 + $49 + $49 = $247 a month, with the first three months at $197. Process is $299 + $74 + $74 = $447 a month, plus the fee. Performance is $499 + $99 + $99 = $697 a month, plus the fee.
The step from Spring to Process roughly triples year-one cost. That is the decision on this page. Everything else is detail.
Which tier you actually need
- Spring - one to about five people, you quote, schedule and install, and slab inventory lives in your head or a spreadsheet. This is most small fabricators, and the free trial means you can find out without a sales call.
- Process - you hold enough slab that losing track of it costs real money, or you already run Slabsmith and want the two connected. The $3,000 buys two days onsite, which is the actual product being sold here: someone standing in your shop making the system match how you work.
- Performance - more than one facility, or you want Power BI and ActionFlow's T-Dollars metrics. If you are not already asking for multi-facility support, you are not the buyer.
Details worth knowing before the call
- Support is structured differently by tier. Spring includes two onboarding meetings and lists purchased phone support at $500 for five hours, currently shown as waived under the introductory offer. Process and Performance replace that with a dedicated account manager and unlimited phone support.
- QuickBooks export is listed at $75 on Spring and included from Process up.
- Digital eSignatures are pay-per-signature on Process and Performance. Basic electronic signatures are in all three tiers.
- Lowe's and Home Depot integrations are listed under commercial features. If big-box work is a real share of your revenue, ask which tier carries them for your setup.
- Pricing is U.S. only. ActionFlow states this explicitly on both paid tiers. Canadian shops should ask rather than assume parity.
ActionFlow's site is actionflow.net. The .com has been serving a bare directory listing with nothing on it. If you visited the .com and concluded the company had folded, that is why.
How it compares
ActionFlow's nearest comparison is Moraware, and they split cleanly: Moraware sells CounterGo for quoting and Systemize for scheduling as separate products with their own per-user prices, while ActionFlow bundles quoting, scheduling and job tracking into one subscription. For a small shop that wants one system, ActionFlow's entry tier is usually cheaper than assembling the equivalent from Moraware. For a shop that only wants to quote faster, CounterGo alone can be the cheaper answer.
Slabsmith is not a competitor at all - it does slab imaging and vein-matched layout, which ActionFlow does not attempt, and the Process tier exists partly to integrate with it. Stone Profit Systems is a full ERP with accounting built in and no published price.
We do not sell ActionFlow, compete with it, or earn anything if you buy it. StoneMagnet generates leads for countertop shops - website, ads, lead board, AI follow-up - and we run BedRock Countertops in Calgary on the same system. We wrote this because "starts at $149" is true and incomplete, and the gap between it and the real number is $5,000 in year one.
Common questions
How much does ActionFlow cost?
Three tiers. Spring is $149 a month for the first user ($99 for the first three months) plus $49 per additional user, with no implementation fee. Process is $299 a month for the first user plus $74 per additional user and $49 per limited user, plus a $3,000 implementation fee. Performance is $499 a month plus $99 per additional user and $49 per limited user, plus a $4,500 implementation fee. Published pricing applies to U.S. customers only.
Does the $149 plan include inventory?
No. Slab and sink inventory, nonserialized inventory and the Slabsmith integration all start at the Process tier, which is $299 a month plus a $3,000 implementation fee. Spring covers quoting, job tracking, payment collection, scheduling, the mobile app and reporting. This is the most common budgeting mistake people make with ActionFlow.
Is there an ActionFlow free trial?
Yes, on the Spring tier, and you can start it from the pricing page without a sales call. Process and Performance route to a conversation instead, which follows from the onsite implementation days both include.
What does ActionFlow cost for a three person shop?
On Spring, $149 plus two additional users at $49 is $247 a month, or about $2,814 in year one allowing for the $99 introductory rate over the first three months. On Process the same three users are $447 a month, and with the $3,000 implementation fee that is $8,364 in year one. Performance would be $12,864. The step up to Process roughly triples year-one cost.
Is ActionFlow pricing the same in Canada?
Not necessarily. ActionFlow states that published pricing applies for U.S. customers only and asks non-U.S. buyers to request a quote. Treat the published figures as indicative if you are Canadian.
Is the site actionflow.com or actionflow.net?
actionflow.net. The .com has been serving a bare directory listing with no content, which has led some people to think the company is gone. It is not. ActionFlow is operated by Illuminaction, L.L.C.
